The firm's core practice areas include employment law (representing both employers and employees); business litigation and commercial disputes; civil litigation; labor law; non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret litigation; and professional licensing matters.

Job Details

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of litigation experience with substantial federal and state court practice
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active District of Columbia and Maryland Bar membership in good standing
  • Eligible to waive into the Virginia Bar
  • Courtroom experience including hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Strong legal writing skills
  • Preferred experience in employment law, workplace investigations, business litigation, and/or labor law
