The firm's core practice areas include employment law (representing both employers and employees); business litigation and commercial disputes; civil litigation; labor law; non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret litigation; and professional licensing matters.

Job DetailsQualifications
- 5+ years of litigation experience with substantial federal and state court practice
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active District of Columbia and Maryland Bar membership in good standing
- Eligible to waive into the Virginia Bar
- Courtroom experience including hearings, depositions, and trials
- Strong legal writing skills
- Preferred experience in employment law, workplace investigations, business litigation, and/or labor law
