Job DetailsAs a Mechanical and Plumbing Service Technician on our team, you will perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and Plumbing systems across a range of commercial and residential service calls.
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical experience
- Familiarity with piping systems, including techniques such as brazing and pipe soldering
- Responsible for keeping CFC and Apprentice certifications up to date
- Clean Driving Record
NICE TO HAVE:
- CFC certification
- Apprentice or Trade license
- Experience in commercial or multifamily environments
